BASE COSTS explained:
Costs for a resource such as material, internal service, external service or subcontracting which are assigned to the service line directly and in the correct proportions.
The resource is created as a costing item of a service line. The base costs are determined from the master data, from suppliers' and subcontractors' quotations or on the basis of manual entries.
