DATA BASIS (PA-CP) explained:
All direct cost items that are relevant for planning from which the SAP system generates planning data for a personnel cost plan.
You generate the data basis using data collection. It is stored for employees in the infotype Planning of Personnel Costs (0666) and for organizational objects in the infotype Planning of Personnel Costs (5010). All infotypes of the same subtype form the individual data basis for employees and the individual data basis for organizational objects.
