The commission cases are automatically set to inactive in sequence
(referred to as being "rolled back") and then they are "rolled forward" again starting from the initial commission case, in other words they are recalculated and activated.

Cases i, a1, a2, a3 are arranged in sequence from left to right according to their historic creation. When the cases are rolled back, retroactive case processing starts at the top right, runs back to the left, corrects (below) and then rolls forward again.
