STREAM title: stream (PLM-RM) (SAP Library - Glossary)
STREAM category: Recipe Management (PLM-RM)
STREAM explained:
An intermediate product that occurs in a recipe only between two stages, and is not an end product of the recipe.
A stream is therefore both the output of a stage and the input of another stage in the same recipe. The stream cannot be used in conjunction with an independent formula because it belongs to a specific recipe.
