CONTENT CATEGORY explained:
A logical view of the physical storage location of the physical document content.
The content category allows the administration data of the physical documents to remain independent of the storage medium used. One content category is assigned to each physical document. Each content category is mapped to only one content repository, so that there is a path between the physical document and the storage data.
