MIME REPOSITORY explained:
Central repository for MIME objects in an SAP system.
The MIME Repository allows you to store MIME objects such as style sheets, icons and graphics as objects in the SAP database.
You display the contents of the MIME Repository in a browser, which is integrated into the Object Navigator. All objects in the Repository are arranged in a hierarchy and grouped together in directories. Both the directories and the MIME objects themselves use the SAP development infrastructure. This allows you, for example, to write updates such as the importing of new MIMEs into a transport request to the MIME Repository.
