PENDING explained:
Incomplete contract status for which some data is missing, as this data is not yet available.
ExampleThe investment of fund shares on the fund account for a contract must take place on the effective date. Investment requires fund prices that may not yet be available at the time of execution. Until the prices are known, the contract is pending. Business transactions can be entered and predating during the pending period, as long as their customization supports this.
