PROCESSING BLOCK explained:
Modularization unit of an ABAP program that cannot be separated or nested. Processing blocks are procedures, dialog modules, and event blocks. They contain statements that are structured using control structures in statement blocks. Every non-declarative statement of an ABAP program is part of a processing block.
