SCHEDULING STATUS explained:
Order status that displays if the operations of the order are scheduled or deallocated.
For an order with the status scheduled, all operations of the order are scheduled, that is, allocated to resources. For an order with the status deallocated, all operations of the order are deallocated, that is, the operations are allocated to resources but do not occupy the resources.
