SCREEN READER explained:
An external program with synthetic speech output that interprets the content on the screen and reads it aloud or outputs it in a braille line.
The program supports people who are blind or have limited vision. It uses artificial speech output. This reads the components on the screen. Meaningful speech output is only possible if all components on the screen, including icons, menus, and control elements, are coded as text information (field labels and tooltips).
