SIZE CLASS explained:
Part of the representative list of rents.
The size class is used when adjusting rent based on a representative list of rents.
Most representative lists of rents define certain values (such as, base rent per square meter) dependent on the size of the rental object. These values are entered in value tables of the representative list of rents by size class.
For each size class, the representative list of rents contains specifications for the size of object from and to which it is applicable.
