ASSIGNMENT LEVEL explained:
A structuring tool for the measurement management (EHS-IHS-MEM) component.
Assignment levels form a hierarchical structure. They control which work area types and report categories can be used in a measurement project at each hierarchy level.
The assignment levels form the following hierarchy:
1. MPH: Header level of the measurement project
2. MPW: Work area level
3. MJH: Measurement level
4. MJW: Task level
Level "1" is the top level of the hierarchy.
