FAST STATUS explained:
A marker that identifies whether an opportunity has progressed very quickly through the previous sales stage or has even skipped the last sales stage.
The fast status compares the date of the last sales stage change (last to current sales stage) and the last but one sales stage change. If the duration of the last sales stage was equal to or less than 10 days, the opportunity is assigned the status 'fast'. The fast status is of particular importance to sales managers as a warning in case an opportunity needs to be slowed down. It also indicates an opportunity in regression, as the status refers to the movement of an opportunity rather than the direction in the sales pipeline.
