Collection procedure for the insurance company, in which brokers deal with payment transactions and communication with the customers for the insurance company.

The special feature of broker collections is the fact that the customer for the insurance company does not communicate directly with the company, and does not directly perform any payment transactions resulting from the collection of insurance premiums and the disbursement of claims. In broker collections, the customer communicates almost exclusively with the broker.

The insurance company manages the portfolios for customer contracts; no portfolios are submitted to the broker.
