KEYWORD SEARCH explained:
A special kind of free-form search in which each string of characters that is separated by a space that you enter is treated as a distinct keyword.
The MDM Data Manager Client searches simultaneously against all the fields that were flagged in the MDM Console to participate in a keyword search rather than searching against a single field only.
Keyword search matches a record if it can match all the keywords you entered somewhere within any of the flagged fields of the record. The selected operator (greater than, starts with, contains, etc.) determinesthe kind of match required for each of the typed keywords.
