OPERATIONAL CONDITION category: Work Clearance Management (PM-WCM)
OPERATIONAL CONDITION explained:
A condition of an item in an Operational WCD that defines what state an item must have for lockout/tagout.
You differentiate between a tagging condition and a (temporary) untagging condition.
Example
You need to close a mechanical valve for tagging, and re-open for untagging:
