D0 (Top Billing el. + Billing.El. level 2, Account assign.El. level 3):
The WBS elements of level 2 (billing elements) and level 3 (account assignment elements) are derived from characteristics.
D1 (Top Billing.El., account assign.El. level 2):Corresponds to model D0 without the level of billing elements on level 2.
