A resource who works in a foreign country and also has a personnel assignment with an enterprise in that country.
The foreign enterprise is affiliated in some way with the employee's original enterprise in the home country. The employee's original personnel assignment with the home enterprise no longer exists. Only the standard terms and conditions of the host country apply to the personnel assignment. The terms and conditions of the employee's home enterprise do not apply.
Example
An employee originally worked for an enterprise in the United States. The employee then ended his personnel assignment with this enterprise and started a new personnel assignment with a Dutch subsidiary of the home enterprise. The employee now works with local terms of employment in the Netherlands.
