INSTANCE NODE explained:
Node in the overview tree of a record model.
The instance node is already assigned a value in the record model. The instance node occurs only once in each record that is based on the record model. It cannot be duplicated. You can use the instance node to provide information that is necessary for processing all records of the same record model. This information is then automatically available within each record.
