PARCEL explained:
The smallest unit recorded in the cadaster. A parcel is a defined section of the earth's surface that is recorded and administered in the real estate cadaster under its own number. The parcels are recorded graphically in parcel maps, with textual descriptions being recorded in the real properties register.
In Land Use Management (LUM), you use the parcel to manage data for cadastral, internal and other purposes. You can enter data on relationships of parcels to notices of assessment for taxes and to other real estate master data objects.
