TARGET MESSAGE explained:
Message that a mapping program creates as a result of a transformation.
A synchronous source interface sends a request message, receives a response message, and optionally a fault message as well. The request message in this case is a source message, while the response and fault messages are target messages. 'Source' and 'target' always refer to a source and target of the mapping, and reference a field, structure, message, or interface.
